David J. Adelman

Chief Executive Officer

David AdelmanDavid J. Adelman, the CEO of Campus Technologies is also President and CEO of Campus Apartments, the oldest and the largest privately owned Student Housing provider in North America. Under the direction of David Adelman, Campus Apartments is helping to change the face of university living, both on- and off-campus, by providing superior housing for undergraduates, graduates, faculty and support staff. In response to the growing demand for vibrant retail and office space in university communities, Adelman has widened the company's focus to include the development of mixed-use on-campus projects. As the trend toward ownership and investment opportunities expands, Adelman has also steered the company toward profitable condominium development. As a result, Campus Apartments is widely recognized as a leader in the industry, and universities are rapidly turning to Campus Apartments for off-balance-sheet, turnkey solutions to their housing issues.

Philadelphia

With expertise and professionalism at the helm, Adelman's strength lies in his ability to structure deals and establish formidable relationships with financial institutions. Evidenced by Campus Apartments' recent $1.1 billion venture with GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd, the real estate investment arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Adelman has clearly caught the attention of leaders on Wall Street and in capital markets.

In addition to his roles in Campus Technologies and Campus Apartments, David Adelman is the vice chair of University City District Board of Directors, the President of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia, board member of Hyperion Bank and the National Multi Family Council (NMHC), member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute's Philadelphia Chapter and a member of the Young President's Organization. Additionally, Adelman is vice chairman of FS Investment Corp., a publicly registered business development corporation.

Andrew Marshall

Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President

Andrew MarshallAndrew Marshall joined Campus Technologies at its formation as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, having previously been the Chief Technology Officer of the company that originally designed the Campus Apartments telecommunications systems. He has extensive experience in MDU/MTU and Metropolitan Area Network system design and technologies, as well as over 30 years global experience in senior and technical positions in the Technology industry.

In the four years prior to joining Campus Technologies, Andrew Marshall served as Technology Director for a $100 million government program, as Development Director for Volt Delta Europe and as a Program manager for GE Capital, and in these roles has been responsible for leading edge data networks, telephony networks, broadcast TV and large scale computing.

From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Marshall was Chief Technology Officer of a $13 billion dollar international bank, and was Chief Executive Officer and a board member of their high technology Research and Development subsidiary. Prior to 1985, Mr. Marshall served as a consultant for various blue chip technology companies such as IBM, Ernst & Young, Cable & Wireless and Pirelli cable. He is a Chartered Information Systems Practitioner and FBCS (Fellow of the British Computer Society, under Royal Charter in the United Kingdom), as well as a CNP (Certified Network Professional).

Thomas L. Goldsberry Jr.

Vice President

Thomas L. Goldsberry, Jr.Tom has been with the Campus Technologies team in a variety of customer facing and technical roles since January of 2003, bringing over 15 years of prior high tech industry skills to the team. As Vice President, he is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of voice, video and data delivery networks and is the key relationship manager with technology vendors.
